fg99 Terms & Conditions

By accessing the fg99 website at fg99.im, registering a player account, making a deposit, participating in any game or sports betting market, or using any part of the fg99 service in any manner whatsoever, you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all players, visitors, and registered account holders of the fg99 platform, regardless of the device or method of access used. They apply equally whether you access fg99 through a desktop browser, a mobile browser on a Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, or Teletalk network, or through any other means of access.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the fg99 platform and, if you hold a registered account, contact support to arrange account closure. Continued use of fg99 constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these terms as they are updated from time to time.

These Terms & Conditions should be read alongside fg99's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement and form part of the binding legal framework governing your use of the platform.

Each player is permitted to hold one registered account on the fg99 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, different mobile numbers, different device fingerprints, or any other method — is strictly prohibited. fg99 uses automated and manual detection methods to identify multi-accounting behaviour, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be suspended immediately.

When registering your fg99 account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal full name (as it appears on your NID or passport), a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, a valid email address, and your date of birth. You must not register using false, fictitious, or borrowed personal information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. fg99 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact fg99 support immediately.

Account Verification (KYC)

fg99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to complete identity verification before your first withdrawal is processed, or at any time at the discretion of the fg99 compliance team. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension until the verification process is completed satisfactorily.

All personal information submitted during registration and KYC verification is handled in accordance with fg99's Privacy Policy. fg99 does not sell, rent, or share personal verification data with third parties except as required by applicable law or as described in the Privacy Policy.

fg99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spin promotions, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time of its availability, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

Bonuses credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms. Wagering requirements specify the total betting volume a player must complete before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as real money. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the individual offer terms before the player opts in.

fg99 operates a strict one-bonus-per-player policy for welcome bonuses. A player who has previously held an fg99 account — even if that account was subsequently closed — is not eligible for a new-player welcome bonus upon re-registration. Attempts to circumvent this policy by creating multiple accounts will result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who have completed the registration process and, where required, KYC verification.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met in full.
• fg99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any such changes do not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts.
• Placing bets using bonus funds on games or markets where the game's expected value approaches 100% RTP or higher — such as certain table game strategies — may result in bonus cancellation at fg99's discretion.
• Any bonus credits or associated winnings that remain in a player's account after the stated expiry date of the offer will be automatically forfeited without compensation.
• Players who self-exclude or activate responsible gaming deposit limits during an active bonus period may have their bonus forfeited without compensation as a consequence of the account restriction.

fg99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Terms violation: The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including the prohibited conduct rules in Section 6.
• Fraudulent activity: fg99 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the account is being used for fraudulent purposes, identity fraud, or money laundering.
• KYC failure: The account holder has failed to complete required identity verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Underage gambling: The account holder is found or suspected to be under 18 years of age.
• Multiple accounts: The account has been identified as a duplicate of another fg99 account held by the same individual.
• Responsible gaming request: The account holder has requested self-exclusion or voluntary account closure under fg99's responsible gaming programme.
• Regulatory requirement: Account closure is required by applicable law or a directive from a relevant authority.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a Terms violation or suspected fraud, fg99 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where an investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part. Where an investigation clears the account holder, any withheld balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account for responsible gaming reasons may do so at any time by contacting fg99 support. Account closure requests made for responsible gaming reasons are processed with the highest priority and take effect immediately upon confirmation.
